Why won't they bring back InuYasha?!

Probably because it got really old.
Inuyasha was too long and was loosing audience and that was affecting the sales of the Manga. So they tied up the continuity of the Manga and the anime making the original Manga a follow up were the anime left off. If you want to know how the story ended you'll have to get the manga.

I don't know but i wish they would if only to end it properly. I watched the whole thing in 2 weeks and was bitterly disappointed in the way it ended. I tried to follow it by reading the manga online but that wasn't satisfactory to me. Why don't they just do a short season where the Shikon jewel is finally intact and Naraku finally gets his comeupance?
i don't know but i loved that show
It stopped getting enough viewers to make showing it profitable. Other shows they play are more popular, or were predicted to be more so, I guess.
