Question: Hey I'm in to comics and I want to read the ones that's ratings are 9 and up (yes I am a kid!) I do like Ultimate Spider-Man, so if you could recomened ages 9 and up or all-ages comics I would be happy =)

Marvel claims most of their comics are recommended for ages 9 and up, though I find that hard to believe.
Browse the DC or Marvel websites. If you see something that looks interesting, they sometimes have a rating system to see if its appropriate for you. Or ask your local comic dealer.
I personally love all the X-Men, and there are so many of them, Uncanny X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, New Mutants, X-Men Evolution, X-treme X-men...and so on and so forth. Teen Titans are also good for kids... I second Manga if you're looking for something new.
