dont be a fool, sasuke doesn't return, he becomes more evil and evil, he kills orochimaru and goes after itachi, he is also fighting him now in the manga. the dubbed naruto episodes 138 and up have not been made yet. so you will need to wait unless you want to watch the subbed episodes.
YOu could try youtube.com or veoh.com it usually has them but it'll only be in english if the american version is up to that point ( i mean 138) and sasuke still doesn't become good even all the way up to the latest manga rite now i think sasuke is fighting itachi
If you watch dubbed it might take awile to get up that far. i think dubbed is only up to 125 .However i know that 136 dub will come out in late January. But subbed is already working on part 2>!!
it is uncertain if he is going to be good again but i think he isnt and that he will stay bad but later on he does kill orochimaru and go here
