What's the difference in anime, for watching in logical order or, just in no!

Question: Example for one anime I'm gunna watch:
logical: 2,3,5,10,13,14,4,7,6,8,1,12,11,9
normal order: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14

sometimes when the anime is brought over (online/US/etc...) they can sometimes be mixed up or just not in order.
for example: the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya.

i was watching it in normal order and was sooo lost until i found out that i had to watch it in logical order. its was like 1, 2, 3, 7, 4, something like that.
that annoys me....

but yea. the logical order is the actual order that you are supposed to watch it in. if you watch it in normal order you will be watching the eps wrong.
this does not apply for most anime.

If you watch it in logical order you can understand the story more better. When I was watching The melanchony of Haruhi Suzumiya I was so confused. The first episode I was like what is going on? where's the introduction? Until my friend told me there was a logical order to it.
