i am afraid that is not from an anime. it's a fanart now a days people can make pitures that looks like they come from anime. sorry i would have also wanted to see that anime.

I don't believe it's an anime.....
It could possibly be an art or a screenshot from a PC game (usually Het).....(EX. To Heart)
I think its fanart of the series "School Days" I'm not sure if its right but I think its "school days" according to the pictures on http://kawaiiscreen.free.fr/wp_with_fain... of how it relates to the character.

I think she looks Shinobu of "Love Hina" anime.. tho it could also be just a fanart.. its my best bet... nice anime too.. romantic comedy anime ^_^
