Question: all i know is this guy jumps no to a pirate type ship that has a mecka and some were in the seires they save the presidents duaghter who joins them and calls the main chariter brother and near the end the entire pirate crew gets captured except for the main char the pirate crew was about the be droped in to the ocean and their ship blownup thenthe main char shows up in his mecka and saves them...oh during the presidents daurgt be saved they travel to a city under water thats it

this might help the main chariter has a neckless that reacts with his mecka during the first episode he fall in the ocean and his neckless resonates with the mecka under water then he is saved when he climbs in to it

no its not cyoty ragtime the main char is young on the last ep they find a giant crystal type ting in an under water cave that glows gold and desolves in water

the main char has a little brother and one day a skechy looking man ask for his help in pulling a job but refusses but later his finds out his brother took it he gos to get his brother the police show up then the pirates att he falls in to the ocean his pendant starts to shine then a huge macha come towards his he climbes in he fight for a little then he is taken a board the pirates ship and later joins them

this is the only thing I found close, but in the picture I did not see a necklace around him, so Im not 100% sure
i've never heard of anything like that but it sounds good
