well, super gals, i own the dvd and read the manga, and dr. rin ni kiitemite, i also read the manga, and yamato nadeshiko shichi henge, you can watch all the episodes on veoh.com with eng subs.
lately i've been into japanese drama, and now im watching hana yori dango. its really cute =) its made from the actual manga. u can try it if ur interested.
I don't think you can download Kodocha there, since it's licensed in the U.S. by FUNimation.
If you look at the FAQ, on the bottom it says :
"Note: Some series are LICENSED and unable to be downloaded."
