i just asked a question about it, but gunslinger girl is awesome. its french, i think, but theres like 6 girls that are trained to be assassins. they carry instrument cases with their guns in them. its pretty cool, but i dunno where you can download from. theres only 13 episodes, from what i know.
Gunslinger Girl, Trigun ( that'd be perfect for you), or Trinity Blood.
City Hunter, kind of old, but still prety good.
