I think I would have to say Kimimaro,but then again Haku is pretty fast when he use his Crystal ice mirrors. Kimimaruo does have the curse mark and using his technique could probably break down the mirrors.

kimimaro... ah... im not so crazy about him... he was ok.... i really didnt care if he died or not... i mean he was cool and all... but he was no haku.

BOTH!!! both of them have very good and unique abilities (kekkai genkai). so it's a tie.
if we're talking about looks kimimaro all the way, but hakus takes the cakes in terms of ability and all-over awesomeness-- kimimaros ability with that bone thing is pretty awesome, not gonna lie, but it was still a little creepy when he took out his spine-- but hakus ice mirrors were the bossest thing on the planet.... man i miss haku and zabuza.... =*(
They are equally great but because i know more about Haku and like his powers a bit more i would also have to go with Haku.

im gonna go with kimimarou cuz even though haku as that really cool crystal ice technique, kimimarou just seems more powerful and haku's kinda creepy.
i think that kimimaro would win because he could just put a membrane of bone under his skin like he did when gaara buried him and then Hakus attacks would be usless as he really only attacks with senbon (needle thingys). and if kimimaro used his curse mark he could break the mirrors. now haku vs gaara. that would be tougher because the senbon might be to fast for the sand but then again i think gaara would win cause he could just use the armor of sand thing or make a dome of sand around him to protect himself while opening the third eye and sending out sand to destroy the mirrors and eventually kill haku. and naruto didnt lose to kimimaro cause he never fought hiim. if he fought kimimaro like he fought sasuke in the valley of the end then kimimaro would be so dead. there r lots of cool battle combinatiions that would be cool though.

oh, um i would deffinetly say kimimaro, cuz i just love the bone technique and everything, but i also just love haku, the speed and the crystal mirrors, but i think out of both of em, it would kimimaro...
I like both of them and their kekki genkai's are both awesome. But If I had to choose.. hmm I guess Haku.
I say kimimaro because he is more skilled then haku. Kimimaro special traits are better then haku, also haku is too soft he will never kill anybody unless Zabuza told him to. Kimimaro would go straight for the kill, did you see how many people he killed when he was young. Thats alot for a little boy.
