Oh yeah it's a disney owl cartoon that sings I like to singa about the moona and the junea and the springa!! I love that cartoon!! It's on the Dumbo DVD as a special feature. It's about an owl that comes out liking jazz and the dad owl gets mad because the other kids come out playing classical instruments and that particular owl sings jazz. Great cartoon!!
