He he is able to be bring to life anything he draws on a scroll he carries with him. He uses birds so that he can travel, Imperial Guardian Lions (Foo Dogs) for combat. He also illustrates his shadow clones in order to make a false copy of himself.
When his jutsu is distroyed, the forms will turn into ink.
He can even wirte a message that can transform into a small animal in order to seek its target. Once it finds the person who it is supposed to deliver the message to, it turns back into words. This let's Sai communicate discreetly.
Sai is quite powerful, and his lack or emotion eventually is overcome by a greater goal of helping others and becoming part of a greater good.
He's a bit slow, socially, which makes some of his scenes a bit awkward and pretty funny. He accidently insults many characters in the series, and isn't at all fazed by the "Sexy no Jutsu".

yes he does. although he doesn't show his true strength. he is part of an undercover ANBU so he's about ANBU level. in a real match, he'd be a tough opponet.
Yea, from what I remember he does. In one of the shuppiden episodes when they are training with Yamato he is the one who gets him or sumthing.
