Question: I don't really consider Batman and the Punisher superheroes but really cool vigilantes. My Top three are: Superman, Spider-man, and Captain America, I'm trying to decide who will be in the next two slots.

I can understand your reasoning on Batman. However, the guy has fought supervillains and won- that makes him a superhero in my book. :D
