Ok you have definitely seen some good ones but definitely check out the following...
Death Note - Amazing story, controversial topic, great characters, only 37 episodes long (manga is a bit too wordy but also good) a must see! the art is amazing in the anime
Ouran High School Host Club - Oh how I wish they still made this show..easily my second most favorite anime! It is absolutely hysterical and if you like romance its perfect..the characters are priceless..watch and enjoy! the episodes go up to 22 i think? but the manga is still going (im on volume 10)
Blood + : Although a little hard to fully understand at first it picks up and turns out to be an awesome show and quite sad actually..
Trigun - A Classic along with cowboy bebop...both are must sees if you like action and good storytelling!
