Need help with an old sport anime?!
Question: when I was a kid I remember watching these soccer anime with magic, powers, and special abilities. If I remember correctly there where some animal characters with human characteristics. But what I remember the most is that most of them had a special shots and the main character had a special shot that looked like a dragon (gold dragon maybe) and that is pretty much what I remember. Does any body know the name of these anime?

Anime Description:
Tokio and his father Amon go to the soccer country of Elevenia where they see a parade of the strongest soccer team of that country, the Winners. Amon challenges the team captain Leon to a soccer battle and, when Amon loses, Leon turns him into a miniature dragon. Tokio sees the fight and decides to challenge against Leon so that Amon can become human again.
