there are four movies but only three can be found.
Watch the first movie before episode 135.
Watch the next two movies before shippuden.
The fourth movie will come out in april or may but when it does come out, watch it durring shippuuden.
Naruto Shippuuden starts after episode 220, but don't watch the fillers (Which is from 140 to 220). Start watching shippuuden after 140.

i believe that there are 3 Naruto movies, but they are non-canonical, meaning that they have no direct relation to the story in the show, so it doesn't matter when you watch them. As for when to watch the new series, I advise watching the current series up past about episode 145, after that is all filler episodes that don't have any serious additions to the story. After the search for Sasuke is over, there's really not much left to see. As far as whent eh new series comes out, I know that it's already own in japan, and has been for a while. I haven't heard of any plans to release it in the US any time soon.
