Then Brian breaks up with his girlfriend and Stewie is like just do the next thing you see dont think about it and he turns on the light with his pants down.
There was like 2 other episodes with stuff like that and I just wondered.

The writers plans for Stewie was for him to discover he was gay- in season two and then three, I think. But they instead decided to go another way.
Macfarlane had labeled him as 'sexually ambiguous'. This gives the writers more free range with his character and more fodder for gags.
This is seen in many episodes. In the episode where they have a reality TV show, he remarks on how 'marvelous' it would be if he 'turned out to be a homosexual'. He also has made comments about wishing that guys could get together with guys and 'just have it be the same thing as with a woman'. Many episodes depict him having an interst in Brian, as well as him having homoerrotic situations with his toys (Rupert, in particular).
However, he is also seen in heterosexual instances as well. His girlfriend Janet was already mentioned, but there is also an episode where he married Olivia, a child actress. There was also the episode where Lois spanks him and Stewie realizes he 'gets a jolly' out of being hit.
Having Stewie be sexually ambiguous has turned out to be really funny, I think. It confuses some fans, I know, but that's part of the fun!
Don't forget he also had a crush on a girl named Janet in one episode and also gets married to Elivia(I think that's the name) in another, so maybe hes bisexual.

He is supposed to be Sexually ambiguous so Writers could have fun confusing the fans. He has demonstrated Both Hetero and Homosexuality but since he is a 1 year old, the writers consider his Sexuality irrelevant., as No 1 year old has any sexual tastes really.
He is mainly a gay evil dictator.........but yes he is gay or bisexual if you think about all the episodes but mostly he does and says gay things
I say he doesn't know what he live and is testing the water of both possibilities.
