You read the boxes from right to left, up to down. You also read the speech bubbles from right to left, up to down. It's basically the same.
So for example on the manga you are trying to read, for the first page this is how you would read it : if you feed me, oh my tamaki-kun, and this guy formatted the data he made overnight when he was half asleep, hikaru! thats!, and he panicked and cried to me---, you are cruel... in front of everyone...telling that story, kaoru, i'm so sorry kaoru...its just because you were so cute that time, hikaru..!
Also, for the site onemanga.com you just click on the page, and it moves you to the next page quick and easy ^-^

pretty simple from the top right box go left, then go down to the next line and the right box keep going down and repeat

if u have a manga book at home...open the back flap and they should show you....
Yeah. Right from left. Get a hang of it and then it will just come to you. Some pages are different...Just remember that and like everything else said, read the back if you have it at home.
manga is Japanese so you read it from right to left. Follow the page numbers
Don't read it vertically, just horizontally, then go down to the next row.
If you come across something with 2 pages, start with the right side page, finish it and come to the left side page. Check the bottom for page numbers, that helps too
