i'm not shure because in the manga 384 it just shows sasuke stabbing itachi
but it's possible that he will die
but it's also possible that he wont die
I dont think so because if sasuke killed him then what will be his point of sasukes life if itachi dies.
No not yet as i think cuz his storry hasen't ended yet & ther's more to come in the future.

Okay, if you haven't read the manga chapter 384, then you'll hear a lot of things about Itachi died. Sasuke stabbed Itachi in the heart and the chapter ended. There are rumors that he died but it would be too easy because Itachi was too nice and brotherly to sasuke and went way way too easy. And they mentioned genjutsu at the end so he isn't dead and best guesses are that it's a gen, clone, or substitution.

No itachi did not die. He is still alive and is fighting Sasuke in the manga chapter 384. I'm afraid he might though... He got stabbed twice by Sasuke, but one attack was an illusion. You should go watch on youtube and the next chapter is coming out I don't know when though. It's getting really good!!! You should watch it!
