Why does Naruto have kitty whiskers on his face?!

if you noticed when before naruto had the kyubii(demon fox) in him he didnt have the whiskers now after the kyubii was sealed in him he got the whiskers

I never thought they were whiskers 'cause he seems kinda young for whiskers. I always thought they were just lines on his face. I mean in anime people have alot of different things (like body parts) and no one cares. Such as Zetsu (He's a plant!), Sasori is a puppet, Sakura has pink hair, and Gaara has no eyebrows. If they are whiskers then they are fox whiskers because of the nine tailed fox inside of him.
Well first they are Fox whiskers,on Naruto the reason being is because when the Nine-Fox was sealed inside of him some of the Nine-Tailed Fox's features came through and is part of Naruto and well as the Fox's destructive power. I think they are more like scars or indents then they are whiskers.

they aren't actual whiskers as much as whisker like marks on his face. The whiskers are a physical manefestation of the demon fox within himself. Pretty similar to his enlarged canine teeth as well. That is one of the reasons his whiskers become thicker, darker, and more pronounced and his canine teeth grow (along with his finger nails -- claws) when he draws upon more and more of the fox chakra.
its supposed to be fox whiskers because of the Kyuubi . although if you look at flashbacks when it is just being sealed it sorta looks like he had them already.
