I don't read manga much, so I can't name too many. I love(d) Vampire Knight, Othello, Beauty Pop, and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. They are all quite interesting, and all but Beauty Pop have romance. I can't say for certain whether or not they will suit your taste, but I enjoyed reading them.
( Hana-Kimi and Ouran are the best! )

Legal Drug is one of my favorites, although I don't know if Clamp is continuing it. There's only three or four volumes avaliable in english.
There's always the Earl Cain saga, which is the prequel to Godchild (which I have a feeling will become my next favorite. I only have volume one and I'm drooling for more.) The art wasn't as good, but it's still Cain's story.
