What's the meaning of "dattebayo" ???!
Question: It doesn't mean any thing.
When people talk in Japanese they like to ad some small sounds in the end like "da" "te" "be" and "yo". It is basicaly a language specific slang culture.
Naruto being Naruto (the no 1 goofy Ninja) like to add them all to gether making it "dattebayo".

If you ask it from Dattebayo (www.dattebayo.com) you will get pwned and if u download from them you'll get banned. They hate that question but as far as I can remember they have an FAQ about the word.

i doesnt really have a meaning, some actors just like to add that after what they say. however, in the english dub, the dattebayo is translated to "believe it"

Yea word for word it means "believe it." But it just puts emphasis on a sentance to show excitement.
In the way Naruto says it, it's just like his catchphrase, as Deidara's is "un". But in all English translations, it's turned to "Believe it!", even though in some situations, this substitution is completely unreasonable. Haha, I used to think it was a type of white carrot, that's what you call ignorant.
It can't be translated into English really. Naruto just puts it at the end of his sentences to make himself seem tougher. The English version translates it into "Believe it" but that can easily be false. It was a smart thing to do to ask that question here instead of asking Dattebayo themselves.
It's just Naruto's way of speech. Just like clayboy with his hmph
