yes... im not so sure when the next chapter will be released, but i know it soon.
i highly suggest joing the skip beat group on yahoo groups because they send you the scans via email (to everyone in group) once they are scanned and translated. they send raws as well (well, post ^^) and info about releases and stuff.

i like to think so...i mean chapter 116 just come out so i guess i have to be patient
i think onemanga.com has up to chapter 117. i'm positive that it's still being scanlated, but you'll just have to wait a little.
