I do not think I would. Even if it would save my aunt, chances are that it wouldn't turn out the way I had hoped and my aunt would be ungrateful. Plus, my aunts have all lived full lives and would have no regrets dying (i think anyway, lol).

I would ignore the poor, ignorant devil as I hate him with all my guts and no, I don't have a 'current other' so that's another reason why won't accept the offer.
Well, the only aunt I have is by marriage, and she is a pompous woman who married a Westpoint graduate and all of a sudden became a socialite...hmmmm... Dirt poor when she married him, but could not help with anything ever..she might break a nail..hmmm..oh. I am just going to have to let you guess what I would do.
