Bleach Manga and T,V Diffrence?!

Question: I heard that in the manga the MODSOULS are not there and the Bounto are not either. IS this true? i just watch the show(but not the english voices, they suck)

Well technically modsouls are in both TV and manga like Kon but one like Cloud and Nova are only in the anime. And about the bounto arc, that was all filler episodes. Never once were they mentioned in the manga.
