She has quite an interesting past, and her character is very original and thought-out. She's also intelligent and has a depth to her none of the other characters have.

I'll say Sesshomaru, because he seems so cool and calm even when he's losing. He doesn't even show facial expression. But, you can still tell he has a kind heart from how he treats Ren. And it doesn't hurt that he's hot.
