Night before Yoh goes to America Anna goes into his room and asks to sleep with him. And Yoh says yes.
And then Yoh's ghost goes outside, and some other ghost asks him why he isn't with Yoh, and then he blushes.
Also, in the time skip/extra/I forgot what it was called that came out after SK ended ambiguously, there was Tamao taking care of Anna's kid, so....eh.
