Coming from someone who is obviously insane, then yes, Spidey would win.
I mean, according to the comics Spidey can lift between 10 to 12 tons, right?
According to the DC Encyclopedia of characters Supes can lift only a measly 25,000,000 tons.
So, sure, Spidey can beat him.
But wait, Batman is WAY smarter, better fighter, has WAY nicer gadgets and is rich.
And maybe someday when you grow a brain you might see that, although Spidey is still kewl, he is in no way shape or form all that tough.

The battle would rage over the roof tops and Spider man would have the smarts to keep Batman and Superman apart so they couldn't function as a team.Sending Venom an Alien and Sandman with his radioactive sand would keep superman busy but not for too long.Spidey and the goblin take down the caped crusader as Superman turns up.Superman takes down the remaining fighters with ease and carries off a butt kicked Batman and heads home picking up a bored Robin and Super girl who even wondered why did they bother to turn up.
the superman team will win, afterall superman is an outer space alien who is bullet-proof and has superhuman strength
