its been a while since ive seen the series... but most likely her shinigami remi told her.... cuz remi tells her EVERYTHING... =]
so remi was probably the one who told misa that light did not....
and if not then she probably just realised that he didnt... cuz Light would have gotten away with alot more and done alot more if he had the eyes..... plus, he would have gotten rid of L along time ago....
but im betting thet remi told her as well as she probably figured it out herself^^

Btw, do you like Misa's voice? I didnt think it was bad, just not what it should be.
Because Light couldn't kill L when he only heard his voice on TV--Light needed a face AND a name to kill.
Misa only needs a face and she can kill. Therefore, she can kill people that Light cannot.
When you have the shinigami eyes, you only need a face.
People with the eyes of a shinigami Are not able to see the names of others with shinigami eyes... at least I don't think.. And misa could see his name..
I guess because Light couldn't kill L, since L has already revealed himself to Light (episode 9).....
because of the way he was killing or something... i think something he did had shown that he didn't have those eyes.
