Does anyone know if the anime series "Nana" is coming to the USA on DV!

Unfortunately, no English dubbing company has picked up the series yet; only an Italian dub has been produced. So we don't know when DVDs will be released until someone acquires the rights to the show. ;O
You can check http://animenewsnetwork.com once and a while to see if anyone's announced that Nana will be dubbed... my guess is that someone'll pick it up sooner rather than later, since it's a pretty popular series.
