Put them into their own folder, and open it in windows explorer. Provided you are working on windows.
Then select view as slideshow at the side. If it's just the images, it should appear as an option. If not, select them all and put them within another folder. This way, they will take up the whole screen and every time you click the screen, it will come up with a new page.
I use a program called comics viewer... It is quite easy to use... You just point out the directory as to which all the manga is in and it will put them in order and all you have to do is push space bar and it will go to the next page...
