What did you do the last time you put your foot in your mouth?!
Question: I was at work and my boss was trying to mail something out, first he had me type up a mailing label for it, then he asked how to work the postage machine, next he wanted to use the return address stamp. Me, not thinking about what was about to come out of my mouth before I said it, stated loudly "Would you like me to lick it for you too?" As soon as it came out, I turned BRIGHT red and wanted to hide in a corner! Good thing my boss has a sense of humor!

I bit the toenail off, and then I took the foot out.

P.S. Perhaps those from other countries don't know what putting your foot in your mouth means. It means to blurt out something you can't take back. To speak before you think! Right? Is that a good way to describe it?

Probably when I was talking about Yaoi with my sister and my mom and her boyfriend were in the room next to ours. My mom came in my room and said 'Can you keep it down, we can hear everything you're saying' and just left. Which meant she had heard the rather explicit conversation we were having.... (Yaoi, is boy on boy if you don't know, btw)
