How can I join the Comic Book Industry?!
Question: Probably when i'm older and have a career.
Mainly writing, like plots and character ideas.

Take off your rose colored glasses and ask yourself what talents you have that would be useful to a comics publisher. Also bear in mind that almost everything on the creative end of comics is done by freelancers, which is to say people who do piece work. Writing scripts (not plots and/or character ideas, but actual stories) wouldn't have to be a main job, but if you want to actually make some money and you aren't an artist, you wouldn't have many other options. Perhaps you should consider production, which would free you of any artistic responsibility.
Your best chance is to figure out something you can actually do that would be of some use to a publisher. If you don't have any writing experience, or any history of working as a printer's assistant, or you don't know how to make color seps or do anything else that would be useful, you had best hope to find a very small publisher who would be willing to let you work for free in order to learn the business. You would have to relocate, of course, because unlike a freelancer you wouldn't be able to send work in before a deadline. Eventually, you might become useful enough to actually get paid, or you might learn enough to become useful to a larger publisher.
Keep in mind that you wouldn't be doing things on your terms, but on someone else's terms. If you can handle that idea and still want to have some association with a dwindling aspect of specialty publishing, more power to you.

When you're ready, see some of your work to one of the Comic companies, like Marvel or DC, and see if they'd be interested.
