No contest in my mind - Alucard, hands down. He could destroy Roger's mech fairly effortlessly (it would probably take him all of 10 seconds), and...then what? How is Roger going to defend himself against Alucard without Big O? He wouldn't stand a ghost of a chance.
Even without destroying it, Alucard could just pass straight through Big O into the area Roger sits. It would all be over in a matter of seconds (unless Alucard wanted to play - then it would be a bit longer). Then there's the simple fact that Alucard can come back from almost anything. Even IF Roger was able to hurt him, he would be in fine and in one piece again within moments, no worse for the wear. In my mind, it's Alucard's win for sure.
