I think he gets annoyed by them, but likes the attention, I'm almost positive he'd rather have recognition from Naruto-kun, as well as vice-versa, y'know!

But seriously, I think he doesn't give a lick about them, because the only people he recognizes are those that are strong. I mean, if he saw Sakura NOW he'd probably be a bit more interested in her. But not in THAT way.
He does say that he'll rebuild his clan, so does intend to have children, whether or not he cares about that any MORE we'll have to see.
Well... I guess it would have to depend on the fangirl. Some are definately a lot cooler than others.
