As far as movies go, if you liked Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away, most of Miyazaki's films have an English dub, because they're imported by Disney. So try Howl's Moving Castle, Laputa, etc...you can use www.imdb.com to find all of Miyazaki's movies. Definately watch Howl's Moving Castle!

If you like all of those and want to move up a bit, Satoshi Kon has some great anime films, but most of them are only subbed. (Paprika, his newest film, is pretty great!)

But why stop at movies? There are some great anime series with english dubs, too. Some of them are over 100 episodes long. But some short ones that come to mind are: Escaflowne, Elfen Lied, Last Exile...I believe you can watch those in English.

Elfen Lied has a lot of nudity and violence in it. Last Exile is pretty fabulous, it's one of my favorites.

PS: Don't watch Akira unless you're ready to get really confused. And if you don't like Akira, don't let that stop you from watching anime in general.

Akira
Lupin the Third Castle of Cagliostro
Lupin the Third Mystery of Mamo
Fist of the North Star

all the movies of naruto

If its from Studio Ghibli, you can't go wrong, as they're dubbing is always perfectly done. My personal favorite is "Spirited Away."

If you want to laugh your behind off, try to find a copy of
Special Combat Duty Shinesman. Even otaku who only
speak in subtitles will advise you to watch this one with
the English track on, because the dub is ten times
funnier than the source material. It's a two-episode OAV
that pokes fun at "Power Ranger"-type team hero shows.

Ya Naruto: Ninja Clash In The Land Of Snow.

Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow!:

After being assigned to watch a movie about Princess Gale, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura discover someone who looks exactly like Princess Gale being pursued by some shady-looking fellows. The group saves her, only to find out from Kakashi that they were hired by the guys they just defeated. Turns out the girl is an actress named Yukie who plays Princess Gale and her next movie takes place in the Land of Snow. Yukie hates acting, but is really good at it. When they all arrive in the Land of Snow, the group discovers that Yukie is really the long-lost princess who ran away many years ago. She holds the key to an ancient treasure, and is the target of a group of ninja. When an old enemy from the past comes back to haunt Kakashi, the group must do everything they can to protect Yukie. But for what reasons did she run away to begin with? Will spring ever come to the Land of Snow?

Naruto Rocks!!!!!
