Question: Since Ichigo's mother was eaten by Grand Fisher and then Ishhin killed it does that mean Ichigo's mom is now in Soul Society? Or based upon what happened with Espada 9 in the most recent episodes did she go to Hueco Mundo with Grand Fisher?

On the moment Grand Fisher ate Masaki, she died. Her soul was eaten so there was no spiritual entity left.
When Isshin kills Grand Fisher, as with any other hollow, his soul is cleansed and goes to Soul Society. But only Grand Fisher's soul, since the souls he 'absorbed' ceased to be.
