Mighty Mouse. He's small and have a good advantage slipping away and fitting in small spaces. Also he's not affected by kryptonite

The easiest way to answer is to make the fight between a regular man V.S. a regular mouse. How could a mouse kill a man? Maybe by giving him a disease but not by brute strength. But there are plenty of ways for a man to kill a mouse.
Same with Superman. Since he is so much bigger than Mighty Mouse, chances are he is also much stronger, too.
Unless Mighty Mouse has kryptonite, I think Superman kicks his mousy tail!
