Well yes,I will try not to revel anything,but after the 3rd dies Naruto and Jiraiya go and search for a certain person called Tsunade. After finding Tsunade they talk to her and later on face Orochimaru.

Lets put it this way, there's 242 episodes so far...take a guess if there's a plan or not...
no not really, after the third died, naruto and jiraiya went to find one other sannin named tsunade. tsunade was chosen by jiraiya, to take the position of hokage. when they found her they encountered orochimaru, ad kabuto. it was a fight of two sannins vs. orochimaru. the conclusion of this battle is orochimaru got away and so does kabuto.
leaf village is definitely going to do something, and get an even better new hokage.
they'll catch up to orochimaru eventually, and who knows, maybe the sand village will change sides, y'know?
