They screwed everyones voice up in the american translation. But if you mean in japan, then his voice is going to be how the author wanted, I'm sure they consult him first.
Naruto episode 136 wont show diedara unless you're talking about the meeting. Which will be slightly distorted with that slight modifier because of the jutsu they are using. Bu thats shown in 135
135 shows the meeting i think. 136 is a filler episode... 136- to 220. After that its named Naruto Shippuden.

Actually is really going to be funny is to see how they handle Hidan. Which from the manga. Loves to swear like crazy. I'm gonna love(and kinda hate) to see how they censor or edit his words lol.
