Cartoon Network show, Help please?!
Question: It was an old cartoon in Cartoon Network I used to like and watch when I was in pre-school~~
It was in the 1990s.
And I'm pretty sure it was an Anime..
Anyways, I can't really remember the title or the show so much, but I remember that there was this girl who was not the main character but was an important one that whenever she would go on water, she'll turn into a mermaid or fish, NO, it's not Mermaid Melody Pitchi Pitchi Pitch.
Anyways, she liked the main boy character and she would get jealous when he is with other girls. I think the main character was a girl..
I'm pretty sure it was about witches, etc..
