I think that they would make a great couple if they ever get together. Although they are the exact opposite; Black and pink hair, green and black eyes, Sasuke has no emotions while Sakura has too many. But then again, you know what they say, opposites attract. =D
I recon theres a possibility that they both will and wont get together. They might because theres a reason that the Author mentioned the 'romance' between 'them'.
But they also might not get together bacause the anime/manga isnt rated for romance.
I wanna see how right I am. When the anime/manga finishes in a couple of years or so.

We know that she loves him to death & do anything for him that is clear & that he find her annoying but he respect her somehow at least before he leave Konoha but when he grew up in the last couple of years & in thier second encounter the Guy almost killed her if it wasn't captain Yamato who shielded her in the last moment & was even going to finish them all of if he wasen't Interrupted by Orochimaru.
I think that after he finishes his brother itachi Matter he might return to konoha for some reason & he might end up with Sakura who knows but note that there is another girl that loves him as much as Sakura & she's Karin currently one of his teamates in team "Hebi"
probably not. sasuke doesn't really like anyone yet, or hasn't shown any emotion besides hate towards anyone. but it could be a possibility that he may like her, but isn't willing to show it.
Well i would say that the chances of this anime developing a great enough romance aspect to it is unlikly. If there ever was coupling though, i would say sakura and sasuke and then naruto and hinata
i dont think so she loves him and cares about him but he doesnt listen to her and tells her to stay out of his business which if he did like her he wudnt mind sharing or taking her advice

I think it would be possible. I mean in episode 11 Sasuke is asking Naruto what Sakura told him and his eye is twitching and there is a slight blush on his face. and when he left, he did not say good bye but instead a "thank you".

I don't really like this couple that much, I think Sakura would bother Sasuke to much if they got together. plus she might get in the way of his real goal, killing Itachi. My opinion... but I don't think this couple would work out too well.
I don't think they will. The only couple I care and want to see get together is Naruto and Hinata,the both be long together and I want to see them get together. Hinata obviously love Naruto no matter what and would always support him no matter what. All Naruto has to do is realize how Hinata feels about him after that Naruto will love Hinata the same way Hinata has always loved him. Naruto would protect Hinata no matter what.
