What do the words "Thank you for keeping your promise for so long" in !
Question: Hi! Does anyone know what was meant by these words in the manga "Fruits Basket" and who said them? I haven't read the manga yet, but in a review I have read that in chapter 129 of the manga someone utters these words as the spirit of the Rat is taken away. I'm really curious about it! Thanks!

oh yeah....
remeber in the original zodiac story, god and the 13 (inclu. the cat) made a promise tht they will be together for eternity. and god produced a magical bowl of water which everyone took a sip from so tht even if they die, they will all re-unite once again...in another body..
ths how the promise/curse was born and when it finally ended, rat (yuki) was the last to be freed and god (akito) realises tht it's been good of all the animals to have kept the promise so far and she thanks the rat especially for having kept it for so long...
and bout hearing tht voice..im not too sure how...
may be god is able to do tht inside ur head..lol
i'd recommend tht u read the manga if u havnet yet..cos it's life changingly good..!!
