Kitty has been depicted consistantly as being heterosexual since she first appeared, over twenty years ago (during which time she has aged about five years), and if she is being depicted as a lesbian now, chalk it up to bad writing (Lord knows Marvel has more bad writers currently than good ones, so Kitty could be involved in some storyline that is designed to shock readers into buying issues, but if that is the case ignore those issues. Eventually, things will return to normal.)
No - in fact she has been dating spider-man if you follow the new Ultimate Line version of things.
No she is not. In fact, she is still involved with Colossus in the Marvel 616 universe as shown in a recent story arc of Astonishing Xmen.
In the Ultimate universe she was shown to be dating Ultimate Spiderman for a while (Though that fizzled out).

No. In the Ultimate line of X-Men Kitty's been dating Spider-Man for a while now. In Astonishing X-Men, she's getting closer to Colossus again(wayyyyy close) and it's hinted at in the other X-titles that they could be dating again.
