Try ebay if you want to buy them.
We have a channel here that passes Kodocha. Its called colors.
Look around in Chinatownn Your best bet if you want all 102 episodes is to buy the Hong Kong version (DVD company name is Manga <something> I forget the exact name.) The subs aren't nearly as accurate, but it is understandable -- and it's better than only getting the 1st season.....
