How can i transfer my animes i downloaded from realitylapse onto my psp?!

first off, you need a converter. you can use this free psp converter (also for ipod and other formats ^^)

once you install it and set it up open it up and make sure that you put all of the animes that you want to one destination, so that you can find it later on when its finished converting. when you start to set it up you can do it there, remember to make the destination folder somewhere where you will remember.
when this is over, make sure that you you click on the thing that says "psp" in the file converter tab.
after that, there should be a thing that says "load " or "add". just browse through your folders (on the converter) and click on the anime that you want. you can choose as many as you want, but i reccomend using at least 3 to 5 at a time... at the most.
when it finishes just either close the converter or load in more animes. go to the destination folder where your files are supposed to go (the finished ones) and open it into your psp.
