easy if you want subs go to anime6.org but for dubs the best site is narutoengdub.co.nr its got naruto and tons of different anime all in their english dubbs.

Dattebayo subtitles them and have most of the episodes up, but for the earlier ones you'll have to youtube them. If you're looking for English dub version, youtube probably has them as well.
