Does sasuke reach the mangeyko sharingan?!
Question: I doubt it.
In order to reach that level of the Sharingan, from what we heard from Itachi, who could be lying, is you must kill your closest friend.
In Part 2, Sasuke chooses an alternate way to reach this goal, without following the same path as his brother.
So, it is possible that he could find an alternate version to the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Currently, in the Japanese Part 2 Manga, Sasuke is battling Itachi[whom has the Mangekyou Sharingan], so it is possible if he defeats him, he could take his eyes and put them in his eye sockets, similiar to what Rin did to Kakashi; taking Obito's Sharingan eye and placing them into Kakashi's eye socket.
