Super Saiyans reside in the ficticious world of Dragonball Z, all created by Akira Toryiama, sure there might be poeple in the real world with blond/golden hair and green eyes, but they don't have the powers that Super Saiyans possess, nor the tails.
Sadly, there are no real Saiyans, super or not.
