Lol, it was only released yesterday (17th January), so it all depends on how fast the fansubbers sub it, nevertheless u can watch the RAW version but it's gonna be just Japanese, so my suggestion w8 at couple of days, like a week, then search.
3rd and final episode will be re;eased in march the 17th, just so that u know.

It will be out whenever the fansubbers decide it will be out. It just came out in Japan *yesterday.* I'm sure they've already started working on it or plan to start soon. Their lives don't revolve around fansubbing, so just give it some time.
