Love Hina. There is a bit of fan service, but no actual nudity. And it's absolutely hilarious, as the hopeless and hapless Keitaro gets tapped to run the family business--a girl's dormitory where the girls beat him up at the slightest excuse.

I agree with lurker1953611; Go for Love hina. It's hilarious but still the kind of thing you can pick up from pretty much anywhere. It has 24 episodes including 2 specials. It has no real nudity but it does have some bikini scenes especially in the summer special. There is also a 14 volume manga that accompanies the series and is great too. =]
